The Warrior took shape on the 30th of Dec 2011 when my better half challenged me to put my creative ideas to better use.
it took me 10 months to write the book (50k words), balancing the creative output with the demands of a full time job.
i haunted many boards to learn the craft of writing and came across many writers who easily churned out 2000-4000 words a day and i used to come away depressed at my output.
after finishing my book, re-reading it, proofing it, i have realised that a writer should write to his or her own pace and focus on getting a good product out, rather than being in a race with millions of other writers.
writing is not about whose dad is bigger. it is about bringing to market a good product and then attracting attention to it. it is a marathon with no end.
my journey, as the finished product came to light this month, starts now.
